Reputation management cost calculator.
Pick the work you need, or the size of your business, and how many months a programme would run. The calculator turns published 2026 price ranges into a monthly cost and a total, because moving search results takes months, not weeks.

Monitoring and review replies start at once. Changing what Google shows for your name usually takes months, so price the whole programme. Where a source gives only a starting price, the result shows “and up”.

The total is the published monthly range for the work or business size you pick × the months. Where a guide gives only a floor, such as self-service software at roughly $400 a month and up, the result is a starting figure, not a range.
A worked example: a full-service managed programme at roughly $1,500 to $10,000 a month comes to $9,000 to $60,000 over six months. A smaller business at $500 to $2,500 a month pays $3,000 to $15,000 over the same period.
Where the figures come from
everything-pr’s May 2026 pricing review puts self-service software at roughly $400 a month and up, full-service managed programmes at roughly $1,500 to $10,000 a month, and enterprise and executive work at $5,000 a month into six figures a year.
Small Business Trends’ March 2026 guide prices monitoring and review management at $200 to $1,200 a month, search suppression and content at $500 to $5,000, and severe issues at sometimes more than $20,000 a month. By size it gives $500 to $2,500 a month for smaller businesses, $2,000 to $15,000 in high-competition industries and $10,000 to more than $50,000 for larger corporations. Our guide on what online reputation management costs explains each kind of work.
Price the outcome, not the month
If the goal is three or four strong, accurate pages about you on the first page of Google, ask each provider how many new pages they will publish, where, and by when. That turns a monthly fee into a cost per page you can compare. Walk away from anyone who promises to remove lawful results or offers to write reviews for you: the FTC’s final rule bans fake reviews and buying reviews.
Some of the work is free. Google’s Results about you tool asks for pages showing your personal contact details to be removed, and Google Business Profile lets you report reviews that break its rules.
Where Blue Leopard Media fits
We do not sell retainers or earned press. We sell sponsored features, written for you and published on titles we work with, at fixed prices: $249 for one feature on one publication, $499 for three and $999 for eight, each with your official cover. You approve the final draft, and on the titles marked Guaranteed · 24h on our PR page the feature is live within 24 hours of your approval (business days), or you can claim a full refund under our refund policy.
Every feature is sponsored content and labelled as such, as our disclaimer states. A feature does not replace an agency or a publicist if you need journalists to choose your story or someone to handle a crisis, and we do not promise rankings, traffic or sales. If one accurate page about you, live on a date you know, is the job, see the prices.

Frequently asked.
How much does online reputation management cost per month?
Published 2026 guides put self-service software at roughly $400 a month and up, managed programmes at roughly $1,500 to $10,000 a month, and enterprise and executive work from $5,000 a month. Smaller businesses often pay $500 to $2,500 a month.
How much does reputation management cost for six months?
At everything-pr’s range for a managed programme, roughly $1,500 to $10,000 a month, six months is $9,000 to $60,000. A smaller business at $500 to $2,500 a month pays $3,000 to $15,000.
Why is reputation management priced monthly?
Most of the cost is ongoing work: writing and publishing new pages, managing reviews and reporting, usually for several months. Crisis work is priced for availability, and legal work is quoted per matter.
How long does reputation management take?
Monitoring and review replies start at once. Changing what Google shows for your name usually takes months, and a result on a very strong news site may never move far. Anyone who promises a date is guessing.
Can reputation management remove negative results?
Only in limited cases, such as personal contact details or content that breaks a site’s rules. Most programmes publish stronger, accurate pages so that an unwelcome result moves down, which takes months.
