PR and sponsored feature questions, answered.
Questions and answers.
How fast will my feature go live?
Within 24 hours after you approve the final draft and cover in writing, counted on business days. We send the draft as soon as it is ready, and how quickly you review it decides the rest.
Do I have to write it myself?
No. You give us a short brief and we write an original feature. You review it, ask for changes, and approve it. If you already have copy you would like us to work from, we can edit it to house style.
Will it show up when someone Googles my name?
That is what every feature is built for: your name in the headline, URL, first paragraph and image alt text; NewsArticle and Person structured data; a profile page on the publication; and same-day submission to Google Search Console. We check your ranking at day 7 and day 30 and send you the data. Rankings depend on how competitive your name is, so we do not promise a position, but if a feature is not ranking by day 30 we strengthen it or publish a second piece.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If your approved feature is not live on the agreed publication within 24 hours of your written approval (counted on business days), you get a full refund. The exact terms, including what counts as approval and what happens if you delay sign-off, are in our refund policy.
Can I use the publication logo on my website?
Yes. Every feature comes with a "Featured in" badge kit for the title you appeared in, plus the live link. We ask that you only use logos of titles you were actually published in.
Which publication is right for me?
It depends on who needs to trust you and how fast you need it. Founders and professionals usually start on The USA Standard, Manhattan Standard or The California Magazine; entertainment businesses use Hollywood Standard. We recommend a title in the brief stage and you decide.
Does the feature include links to my website?
Yes. Links to your website and your verified profiles are included and are marked as sponsored, which is what Google requires for paid placements. The value of the link is that readers and search engines can connect the coverage to you, not a shortcut to rankings.
Can I use a feature for a visa or immigration application?
We do not sell features for that purpose. Immigration authorities, including USCIS for O-1 and EB-1 petitions, generally do not accept paid or sponsored placements as independent published material about an applicant, and every feature we publish is clearly labelled as sponsored. If you are preparing a petition, ask your immigration attorney what evidence qualifies before you commission anything.
Can I request changes after publication?
Factual corrections are made at any time at no cost. Larger rewrites after publication are handled as a new piece. Features are not removed after publication except where required by law or for a serious factual problem.
Do you offer packages for agencies?
Yes. Agencies get wholesale pricing on single features and bundles, unbranded assets and reports, and one point of contact. See Agencies & white label under Services.
How do I pay, and is there a contract?
Single features and bundles are paid up front by card or invoice, and there is no retainer or minimum term. Card payments include a 3% card processing fee, shown at checkout. Campaigns are scoped on a call and invoiced against a short written agreement.
Do you have free PR templates?
Yes. Our free PR templates include a press release template, a media kit template, a professional bio template, a media pitch template and a boilerplate template, each with a filled-in example. No sign-up needed.
