White-label PR for agencies: press features under your brand.
Your clients ask for press. You do not want to build publisher relationships, hire writers or chase editors to deliver it. We write and publish the features, you sell them under your own brand, and every one goes live within 24 hours of your client’s approval.
Who it is for
Marketing, PR, SEO and personal-branding agencies. If your clients are founders, professionals or brands who need credible coverage they can point to, a press feature fits next to what you already sell:
- SEO agencies whose clients need branded search results and a credible page for their name.
- Personal-branding and LinkedIn agencies whose clients want a feature to share, quote and link.
- Marketing and ads agencies that want a "Featured in" badge on a client’s landing page before the campaign starts.
- PR firms that need a guaranteed page on a date while the earned pitching takes its course.
- Reputation agencies adding accurate, positive pages to a client’s first page of results.
What you resell
The same feature we sell directly, delivered for your client. Each one is:
- Written for the client by our editorial team, from a short brief, in the publication’s own style.
- Approved before it goes live. Nothing is published without written approval of the final draft.
- Live within 24 hours of approval on the agreed publication, counted on business days.
- Built to be found under the client’s name: name in the headline, URL and first paragraph, NewsArticle and Person structured data, and same-day submission to Google.
- Delivered with assets: the live link, a PDF copy, the official cover and a "Featured in" badge kit.
- Covered by the money-back assurance: a full refund for any approved feature that is not live in the window.
- Labelled as sponsored on the page, with links marked sponsored as Google requires.
Features run on the publications we work with: business, city and regional, entertainment and fashion titles. Every publication we list carries the 24-hour window and the assurance.
What the partnership includes
- Wholesale rates on single features and bundles.
- Unbranded reports and assets you can pass to clients.
- A single point of contact and predictable turnaround.
- Volume scheduling across publications.
Add a product your clients ask for without building publisher relationships yourself. You keep the client relationship and the margin; we do the writing, the publishing and the reporting behind it.
How it works
- You send the brief. The client’s name as people search it, what they do, their links and a headshot. Our brief takes about ten minutes to fill in, and you can pass it to the client or complete it yourself.
- We recommend the title and the angle within one business day.
- We write the draft and send it to you. You review it with your client and send back changes.
- Your client approves the final draft in writing, through you.
- We publish within 24 hours of approval and send the live link, the PDF, the cover and the badge kit, without our branding, so you can pass them on as your own.
- We report. Ranking checks for the client’s name at day 7 and day 30 come in an unbranded format.
For several clients, or several features for one client, we plan the publishing schedule across titles with you, so launches and announcements land when you need them. The full process for a single feature is on how it works.
Pricing
Wholesale rates on single features and bundles are agreed per agency when you get in touch, based on the volume you expect. For reference, our public prices are $249 for one feature, $499 for three and $999 for eight, and they are the same for every direct client: see the pricing page.
You set your own retail price. There is no retainer on our side, and features are paid up front by card or invoice.
What stays true under any brand
A white-label feature is still a sponsored feature, and the rules that protect your client protect your agency too:
- The feature runs on the publication under its own masthead, labelled as sponsored. You resell the service, not the publication.
- We do not publish invented awards, rankings or credentials, or anything misleading, defamatory or unlawful, whoever ordered it.
- Publication logos and badges may only be used for titles the client was actually published in.
- We do not sell features as evidence for visa or immigration applications.
- Rankings, traffic and leads are not guaranteed. Publication in the window is.
Our editorial policy sets out how every feature is written and labelled, and our guarantee sets out the refund terms.
Why agencies choose a feature over a retainer
Reselling a retainer means reselling uncertainty: the client pays every month and hopes an editor says yes. A feature is a deliverable with a date. You can quote it, schedule it and show the live link, which makes it easier to sell and easier to keep. For background you can share with clients, see what guaranteed PR can honestly promise and what a PR agency costs.
If your approved feature is not live within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
Confirmed in writing before you order and counted on business days.
Read the refund policyQuestions agencies ask.
Do you offer packages for agencies?
Yes. Agencies get wholesale pricing on single features and bundles, unbranded assets and reports, and one point of contact. Rates and volumes are agreed per agency when you contact us.
Will my client see Blue Leopard Media’s name?
The reports and assets we send you are unbranded. The feature itself is published by the publication under its own masthead and labelled as sponsored. How we work with your client, if at all, is agreed with you.
Who approves the draft?
Your client, through you. Nothing is published without written approval of the final draft, and the 24-hour window starts from that approval.
Does the money-back assurance apply to agency orders?
Every feature on a guaranteed title carries the same assurance: if the approved feature is not live within 24 hours (business days), the fee for that feature is refunded. How it passes to your client is part of the partner terms we agree with you.
Is there a minimum volume?
Minimums, if any, are agreed per agency. Tell us how many features you expect a month and we come back with terms in writing.
Can you work in our clients’ industries?
We write for founders, executives, professionals, companies, fashion and beauty brands, and artists. We recommend the title that fits each client within one business day of the brief.
