The guarantee on features
It applies to every feature on every publication listed on the publications page, whichever package you buy: $249 for one, $499 for three or $999 for eight. With a bundle, each feature is covered on its own.
Why we can promise it: the feature is already written and approved when the clock starts, and publication on these titles does not depend on an editor deciding to cover you. What depends on other people, such as rankings, traffic or sales, is not part of the promise.

What exactly is guaranteed?
That your approved feature is live on the agreed publication within 24 hours of your written approval, counted on business days. If it is not, you can ask for a full refund of the fee for that feature.
When does the 24 hours start?
When you approve the final draft in writing, by email or the approval link we send. Requests for changes restart the clock once the revised draft is approved.
Is my ranking on Google guaranteed?
No. Every feature is built to rank for your name, and we check at day 7 and day 30, but rankings depend on how competitive your name is. If a feature is not ranking by day 30, we strengthen it or publish a second piece.
Does the guarantee cover every publication?
It covers every publication listed on the publications page. Coverage on a publication not on that list is quoted per outlet and confirmed in writing before you pay, and it is not covered by the money-back assurance.
How long do I have to claim?
Email us within 14 days of the missed publication window, or of Google’s final decision on your video, with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
