1. The service

Blue Leopard Media provides sponsored editorial features written by its editorial team and published on publications Blue Leopard Media works with, together with related assets and reporting as described in the order. Features are labelled as sponsored content on the page.

2. Ordering and approval

An order is confirmed when payment is received or a written agreement is signed. We draft the feature from your brief. You must review the draft and either approve it in writing or request changes. Publication happens only after your written approval. Where you do not respond to a draft within 30 days, the order may be closed without refund.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that the information, images and materials you provide are accurate, that you own or are licensed to use them, and that publishing them does not infringe anyone’s rights or any law. We may decline or edit material that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful or contrary to a publication’s standards. We do not publish invented awards, rankings or credentials.

4. Publication window and the money-back assurance

Once you have approved the final draft, we publish the feature on the agreed publication within 24 hours (on business days). If we fail to do so, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee for that feature under the Refund policy. Publication is the delivered service; positions in search results, traffic, leads, sales or acceptance by any third party (including immigration authorities) are not guaranteed.

5. Corrections and removal

Factual corrections are made free of charge. Substantive rewrites after publication are treated as a new order. Published features remain online indefinitely except where removal is required by law, by a publication’s standards, or by a serious factual issue.

6. Third-party outlets

Every magazine listed on our PR & Media Placements page is covered by the 24-hour window and the money-back assurance. Leading outlets, and any publication not listed there, are quoted separately, with turnaround and terms confirmed in writing before you pay; that coverage depends on third parties we do not control, is not guaranteed and is not covered by the money-back assurance.

7. Intellectual property

We retain copyright in features we write; you receive a licence to share, quote and reproduce your feature for promotional purposes, including the PDF and badge kit we provide. Publication logos may only be used in connection with a feature actually published on that title. You retain rights in the materials you provide and license us to publish them.

8. Fees

Fees are stated in US dollars and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change; the price at the time of your order applies. Applicable taxes are added where required.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the fee paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
