Who we are
Blue Leopard Media ("we", "us") operates this website and the media placement services described on it. Contact details are at the end of this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us: when you submit a form or book a call we collect your name, email address, company, website, phone number if you provide it, and what you tell us about your goals.
Information collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, referring site and campaign parameters (such as UTM codes and click identifiers) so we can understand which advertising brought you here.

How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a recommendation and, if you become a client, deliver the service.
To measure and improve the website and our advertising, including conversion measurement on Google and Meta platforms.

Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and business: analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity), advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta), form and automation tools, email, scheduling and payment providers. Each processes data under its own terms and only for the purpose we engage it for.
Publications we work with, where necessary to publish a feature you have commissioned.
Authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising and measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and may use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors arrive and what they do. Where required by your location, these only run after you accept them in the cookie notice. You can also use Google’s and Meta’s own ad settings to limit personalised advertising.
We use PostHog and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, through session recordings and heatmaps of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Form fields are masked, so what you type is not recorded. Microsoft collects this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship plus the period required for tax and accounting. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete. To exercise any right, email us using the address below. We will respond within the time required by law.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data there and elsewhere. Where required we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses and professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
