What your money buys: a review, or a set number of views

Playlist Push is clear about how its model works. Its terms say you are paying for your song to be reviewed by curators, not for it to be placed on a playlist, and that the decision to add it is up to each curator. Its pricing FAQ says it does not offer any guarantees for what you receive after your song is sent out.

Blue Leopard Media sells a number. Your package names a minimum view count for the market you choose, Google Ads counts the views in your report, and the campaign is not finished until that number is reached. You also get a weekly Google Ads report while it runs.

Price: $249 for the release, ad budget included

Playlist Push's minimum Spotify campaign is $280. Its help centre says Spotify campaign costs are based on the number of playlists you target, with an average of $550, and you see the exact price while you set the campaign up.

Blue Leopard Media prices each release on its own, and the price is fixed before you check out. Starter is $249, Pro $499, Breakout $1,299 and Headline $2,999. The price includes the ad budget, management and reports, and nothing renews afterwards. Record labels with several releases a month can take a monthly plan from $2,500, month to month, with 10% off when booking three months.

A guaranteed view count, in the market you choose

Every Blue Leopard Media package names one number of views, counted by Google Ads in your report, and that number is guaranteed. It is a minimum in every market, not an estimate.

US + Top markets means the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Brazil, with at least 40% of views from the US. If a campaign falls short, your ads keep running at our cost until they reach the number. Playlist Push's own help centre gives no fixed stream count and says the number varies by campaign.

If it does not go to plan: refunds and second chances

Playlist Push's terms say it does not offer refunds for paid campaigns under any circumstances, including when a song is not reviewed or not placed. Its refund policy adds that once a campaign is scheduled, the song and genres cannot be changed, and budget left over at the end becomes account credit.

With Blue Leopard Media, the main thing that can stop a campaign is Google's ad review. If Google does not approve your video, we tell you why, appeal the decision and say which edit would fix it. If it still cannot be approved, you choose: a full refund of the package, or we use it for another song or release. The terms are in our refund policy.

Press included: a feature and a cover with every release

Views get your video seen. A feature gives people something to find when they search your name. Every Blue Leopard Media package includes an editorial feature written about you, with your name in the headline and your own digital cover to post and keep. You approve every word, and it goes live within 24 hours of your approval.

Breakout adds a second feature, one before release and one after, and Headline includes four features with four covers. Playlist Push's help centre says its campaigns currently run on Spotify and TikTok only, and lists no editorial features.
